All items will be delivered within the timespan stated at checkout. Occasionally some deliveries can take longer due to delays by courier services, for which we are not held liable. Each delivery is tracked and tracking numbers will be provided to customers. If items are out of stock we will inform you via email, phone or WhatsApp.

A signature might be required on some deliveries.

 Deliver hours are between 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday - Saturday. Special delivery is available upon request. International shipping costs vary. Please refer to website for full costs.

For UK orders, if you are returning any clothing items, we are happy to give you a credit note (excluding your delivery cost in sending it back to us). In order to qualify for a return or exchange, you MUST inform us of the issue or reason for return within 48 hours of receiving the item(s), and the goods must reach us within 5 days from the date the return was confirmed, and as long as the item(s) are in new condition. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. If the item is used or damaged, your item will not be refunded. You must also be able to provide a tracking number for the suit being returned. You can contact us by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Please note Sale items are not refundable.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for jewellery and accessories (including shawls/dupattay, footwear and trousers, when purchased separately). These cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.

If the delivery was free and included with the price of the item(s) purchased, and you have changed your mind and have decided to return the item(s), there will be a deduction of £5 from the total of money refunded. If the item(s) is getting exchanged, a £5 fee will need to be paid via Bank Transfer before the new exchanged item(s) is dispatched.

For International orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

If you would like to exchange any goods we will be happy to do so, as long as they are returned with all original tags and packaging. Please notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving these, for us to start the process.

In order to exchange the item, you must return it back to store. To get a replacement item, you must place a new order on the website so it can be tracked separately. Please note sale items are not exchangeable. 

All costs of returning/exchanging goods will be incurred by the customer. The items sent for refund/exchange are the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us please ensure the necessary insurance has been taken. Jewellery and Trousers cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

We regret that the delivery charge is not refundable.

Goods must be returned "AS SOLD" in the original packaging with all the components and accessories.
