For UK orders, if you are returning any clothing items, we are happy to give you a credit note (excluding your delivery cost in sending it back to us). In order to qualify for a return or exchange, you MUST inform us of the issue or reason for return within 48 hours of receiving the item(s), and the goods must reach us within 5 days from the date the return was confirmed, and as long as the item(s) are in new condition. After this period we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item. If the item is used or damaged, your item will not be refunded. You must also be able to provide a tracking number for the suit being returned. You can contact us by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns for jewellery and accessories (including shawls/dupattay, footwear and trousers, when purchased separately). These cannot be returned or exchanged under any condition.
Please note sale items are non refundable
If the delivery was free and included with the price of the item(s) purchased, and you have changed your mind and have decided to return the item(s), there will be a deduction of £5 from the total of money refunded. If the item(s) is getting exchanged, a £5 fee will need to be paid via Bank Transfer before the new exchanged item(s) is dispatched.
For International orders, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
